I am writing this testimonial to confirm that Melbourne City
Painting delivers a professional painting service at a very competitive price.

I followed the usual process of getting three quotes from local
painters. The job requirement was to repaint the outside of our weather board
house and to repair and repaint the inside walls and ceilings. I intended to
sell the house, but was determined to present a quality finish.

When the quotes came in I was initially surprised with the price
difference between MCP and the other two quotes. The difference was 20% on one
and 30% on the other. After reconfirming the statement of work and the type of
materials and paint to be used with each painter, I had no doubt that Bill and
the team from MCP would do a good job.

Prior to starting the job, Bill took the time to discuss with me
exactly how the job would proceed and the how the progressive payment system
worked. He also provided advice on some of the more difficult decisions that
need to be made on the various repairs to be undertaken to ensure the finish is
top quality and that there are no surprises when inspecting the finished job.

The job started on time and finished within our agreed timeframe.
Bill remained in easy contact and kept me informed of any potential issues
before they became big problems. The quality of the finished job was good and
the price remained as initially quoted.

A month later I put the house on the market confident that the
presentation would make it attractive to any buyer. The house sold within the
month and I was a happy chappie.

I can therefore recommend Melbourne City Painting to anyone
considering undertaking major painting work or refurbishing their home.
